I head a try and have to say it's great!
Next batch, i'm going to consider a DH with cascade :-) It should be a good combination.

I'm brewing this today.

I've had issues with wheat in beer before, so made sure to stir loads at the start, and after first 20 mins. Difference is oat/rice hulls and loads of stiring.

Still fermenting strongly, with a large krausen after a week.
