Roggenbier

Really enjoying my braumeister. 4 brews so far. Latest a roggenbier which I have never done before. Very impressed, not sure I could do with rye previous given its tendency to glug up....

Cockadoodledoooo! Looks like a tasty Roggen!
Will you share the recipe with us?
Es ist zwar ein sehr gutes Bier, die Goslarische Gose; doch wenn man meint, sie sey im Bauch, so liegt sie in der Hose.

So I am going off memory here, this was my first overnight mash. Normally keep record in beersmith

Thinking max time at I think 20 degree, I think 240 mins
Then 22 degree for 180 mins
5 mins at 55
Maltose rest 40 mins at 63
Dextrinisition 50 mins at 70
Mash out 15 mins at 77 degrees

Seemed to work out, was a real suck and see..... 8)
