Bitter orange

Unread postby mashy » Fri Oct 26, 2018 5:33 am

I want to use bitter orange in a hop forward ale.

Any thoughts on weights and when? I am currently thinking 10g at flameout in 23l.

25 gr ground in spice mill last ten minutes of boil works very well in a Wit.
