Brewed a nice fruity DunkelWeizen a few weeks ago. Good clove and banana flavours.

Wheat malt 3EBC 48%
Munich malt 15EBC 42%
Cara Munich III 150EBC 5%
Special B 350EBC 3%
Chocolate malt 900EBC 2%

42°C 20 minutes
63°C 35 minutes
72°C 35 minutes

First wort hop Tettnanger 12 IBU

Boil 60 minutes

Mangrove Jack M20 Bavarian Wheat
The M20 finishes quite high.
Fermented at 19°C
OG 1060
FG 1020
IBU 12
68 EBC
