Having moved house, and now with my brewing kit out of storage, it's time to getting brewing some beer!

First up - a BM version of Centennial Blonde from the HomeBrewTalk forum:

Estimated OG: 1.040 SG
Estimated Color: 3.9 SRM
Estimated IBU: 21.5 IBU

2.600 kg Pale Ale (Crisp) (7.9 EBC) Grain 1 80.2 %
0.280 kg Carapils Malt (crushed) (5.9 EBC) Grain 2 8.6 %
0.180 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (19.7 EBC) Grain 3 5.6 %
0.180 kg Vienna Malt (Weyermann) (5.9 EBC) Grain 4 5.6 %

9.30 g Centennial [8.10 %] - Boil 55.0 min Hop 5 10.9 IBUs
9.30 g Centennial [8.10 %] - Boil 35.0 min Hop 6 7.1 IBUs
9.30 g Cascade [5.10 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 7 2.4 IBUs
9.30 g Cascade [5.10 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 8 1.2 IBUs

Nottingham yeast

This is a fantastic recipe - and one I've brewed before so it should be a good verification that all my equipment is clean and I remember the process!

It is a great recipe indeed! I've done it once pre-Braumeister and now I'm going to repeat it. I will use this time different yeast as there is something I don't like about Nottys (and I've fermented them low, starting at 14C)...

Ingredients:
------------
Amt Name Type # %/IBU
3,5 kg Pilsner (Weyermann) (3,3 EBC) Grain 1 80,0 %
0,35 kg Carafoam (Weyermann) (3,9 EBC) Grain 2 8,5 %
0,25 kg Carahell (Weyermann) (25,6 EBC) Grain 3 5,8 %
0,25 kg Vienna Malt (Weyermann) (5,9 EBC) Grain 4 5,8 %
8,00 g Centennial [10,00 %] - Boil 55,0 min Hop 5 9,2 IBUs
8,00 g Centennial [10,00 %] - Boil 35,0 min Hop 6 7,8 IBUs
11,00 g Cascade [5,50 %] - Boil 20,0 min Hop 7 4,3 IBUs
11,00 g Cascade [5,50 %] - Boil 5,0 min Hop 8 1,4 IBUs
1,0 pkg British Ale II (Wyeast Labs #1335) [124, Yeast 9 -
