Primer: What you use to make the beer fizzy :mrgreen:

Gyle/speise method?
DME
Corn sugar?

Hi,

Do you feel heat the probe linked by the "outside" to the carboy gives good information about what is going "inside"?
If so, is it more accurate than the Brewferm liquid crystals thermometer patch?

I think it does, the fridge temp was often colder than setpoint keep the temperature of the beer right, I can post som graphs from my brewpi when I come home (on a diving trip).

Don't know about the liquid crystal patch..
