Oh I want to do a 20L version of this, sounds lovely.
First time I've been interviewed for a brewing podcast - was terrifying.
No laughing at me!

Gosh that 10L really is a cutie. I want one but I just can't justify it given what I've spent on my 50L rig...

Yep, a cutie.. I think I like the recipe.. but not sure about the caramunich.. The beer looked quite dark coming out of the tap.. but the finished product looked good.. Geez, I wonder.. does the display have a "Cheers" as in the last shot? :D

My old display have "Cheers" after every brew so I would not be surprised.

There is an excellent series of videos comparing the BM and Grainfather after getting posted.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nr2Qlh5YKwo (there are three parts. The guy brews an identical batch on both machines. Very interesting.)

It follows on from his original 3 vids linked earlier in this topic.

Some may be interested in his revised modifications and methods.....

The mesh looks like a great idea. Not sure about the rubber and chemical residue etc. Recipe looks like Dr Smerto's Golden Ale from AHB
