We do all grain, we mash, boil and chill in the BM, transfer, aerate, pitch yeast (ferment) clarify & secondary hop in the WW. Then we either bottle or keg. We get around 6 gallons, of better than commercial quality beer every time. The two systems are symbiotic. Both are commercial quality pieces of equipment. If you're serious about brewing, get serious about your equipment. Next brew date I will take pictures of our process to help all understand our methods, so you can duplicate (if you choose) or modify to suit your needs.
