I've already read Braukaiser: do you suggest 100mL water per 5Kg of grain? Spray bottle?

I don't measure just spray and turn the bucket, get my hand in and mix, the grains stick to your hands when they have absorbed enough water. I then leave for around 30 mins so that the water is absorbed into the husk and the grain almost feels dry again. I'll also get my hand in and mix again, it's kinda intuitive, not scientific!

I don't mill when wet that would be a sticky nightmare :0
To brew or not to brew, that would be a stupid question !
