Handle. Can it be fixed

Unread postby BlindDog » Fri Aug 22, 2014 1:43 pm

So I've brewed quite a.pt in my 20L BM, and I know the instructions say not to move it via the handles, but what if a handle sheared away normalwear? Anyideas how I fix the handle?

Any photos of the damage? I suppose an experienced welder can fix it.

The instructions state not to move the BM when fullfiled during the brew

From my perspective, I'd find it much easier to move the pot around than without the handle. As, moving the equipment to a storage shelf. But, I do agree.. this makes little sense to have a pot without handles strong enough to move when full. ALL of my prior pots have handles strong enough to do this. Speidel needs to have enough user input to make this change. How about Neils creating a petition :)
