Awesome set up - well-organized and well laid-out. That lager must be Far Kin good! :-)

Could you kindly post a close-up picture of the valve?

Will do, also, I no longer use a hop sock as I also no longer use a plate chiller.

Simple ball value with 1/2" to 3/4" reducing nipple and a 1/2" male cam-lock.

Thanks very much - must be a massive improvement in flow rates?

An improvement yes but not a real big difference, the original value had a habit of dripping.

What are you doing now? Immersion or 'No chill"

I was thinking of getting a plate chiller.

I have an immersion chiller but I no chill most of the time. I don't believe it is possible to clean a plate chiller thoroughly, the plates are only 1mm apart, that's the same as a credit card. There will always be some trub left inside, just waiting to start an infection.

Hi Batz

What is the slide out shelf for mate and is it on runners like a keyboard shelf?

I made it from a set of drawer runners from Bunnies, under $10.00 and and small piece of aluminum checker plate sheet. I only pull it out for the march pump and Hop Rocket.

Batz;
Great cart set up. The drawer for the hop rocket and chiller is very clever. The size of the cart makes for a nice brew space.
I use a small three shelf cart which is handy for moving the BM.

Cheers
