I have a new addition to the brew shed.

Went to the Australian Homebrew Conference and my Raspberry Berliner Weisse was voted best beer on the club night.
Prize was. :P

A new toy.

There were about 40-50 beers on tap on club night.

Interestingly I have done a side by side and they perform identically. Same grist produces same clarity and OG from the separate vessels.

No I can do side by sides to test different theories.

The next side by side will be RO water and tap water. I will be doing this at a case swap and taking the kegs to the next club event to test the difference.

Interesting idea for experiments. You could also try out the stuff parge and no sparge methods.
