can someone help me out in explaining the benefits of this over a brew fridge- given it involves a freezer anyway?


Have tried different things, warming belts, blankets etc. Then I got a used freezer from a neighbor who was moving, got an ink bird controller and a small heater. What a difference. Can control the temperature much more precise, no matter what beer or wine I make. The total cost was $35 for the ink bird, $15 for the heater and it works like a chime :D

Much cleaner and faster fermentation, better end result. If you have the space, this low cost solution beats the expensive contraptions any time :beer:

would be interesting to test different styles with different music. Maybe the lagers like Humpa Bavarian music :?:
