I am trying something like leffe but I screwed the hop additions so god knows how it will come out.

Why wouldn't carbonate? How much priming sugar did you use? Did lager cold and/or did you use bottle yeast?

With this weather it isn't difficult to keep the bottles warm, though! ;)

Do you keep the bottles in a dark place?

Just worried it wouldn't carbonate because it's been sitting in the 2nd fermentation bucket for ages longer than I normally leave it. It's been stored in the kelder box at about 18c max until today. It's going to spend two weeks in the guest bedroom before going back downstairs.

I primed with about 500g light due, no extra yeast.
