Got sick of bottling...

This is the place to brag about your brewhouse set-up. Pictures are greatly appreciated!

Is the spacer/top frame in the 7th photo painted lumber?
We are the 801, we are the central shaft

"Hopeless at DIY"!!!! yeah right. I am quite good at diy and mine is not nearly as pro as yours. The natural wood grain sets off beautifully against the matt black.

But, take heed of what Batz said; those regulators will fail after a short while. Happened to me.

Another thing TFJ, why the heat circuit? Do you want it to double as a fermentation unit, or do you get very cold ambient temps in winter?

Thanks royco! I really am terrible at DIY...tried to put a curtain pole up at the weekend and the wall looks like Swiss cheese!

Interesting (and disheartening) news about the regulators. I didn't read anything about it being a bad idea. How will they fail...and why?

I just found mine stopped reducing below the primary reg setting. Opened it up to service and found condensate inside. Seeing you have done it that way, maybe just leave as is and monitor the pressure. Mine did not get damaged, just needed a good cleanup and a bit of KY jelly on the seals (you should have seen the look on the female pharmacist's face when I asked if it was food grade!).

Worth knowing thanks royco. I have used it it as a ferm chamber a couple of times...wanted the option. Works a treat!
