Just wondered, cos I would have expected sub 10 mins. Probably the butt water temp. Running the pump made a big difference for me.

It drops from 100C to 32C in about 5 minutes. The remaining time is spent getting it down to below 18C.

This thing is seriously fast!

Thats fast. Thats the same sort of profile I see. I don't think you can been a good copper coil personally.
