I went to the website you mentioned. What article number is it?

Cheers

I went for the 3018102, I would perhaps be inclined though to drop down to 3018101 for a tighter fit.

This might be better than what I have been looking at, which is a bit thicker and I think a bit too snug

Received both 3018101 and 02 yesterday, just in time for today's brewday. Went with 3018102 for today's batch, worked perfect, the fit is maybe just a tiny little bit loose, but otherwise great. Might try 3018101 next time, but that might be a tiny little bit too small. Thanks for hinting this stuff, it's by far the best I have seen so far.

I am interested in the poly max seal but they want an excessive amount to post it 16 pounds ( I sent a parcel weighing 29 kilos for that price).i ordered some from fleabag that was too thick the post for that was 2.80 pounds
Does anyone have some to sell or could order and forward to me in Corfu Greece at a more realistic cost .i would pay first by PayPal or bank transfer.

On checking I found I have some silicone platinum cured edging of exactly the same dimensions as above already.
I have tried it and the filter plate is a tight fit in the malt pipe ,the edging tries to roll off of the plate as you push the plate in.
Is this what others have found? I assume it get easier when the malt pipe is warmer ( ie with the pipe in 40 degrees water and warmed while doughing in)

Lubricate the inside of the malt pipe with water or starsan and the plates should slide in perfectly. If dry the seal will slip off. Hope this helps.
