Just one question; re the transfer to bottles is that already carbonated beer or are you bottle carbonating?

Hi there,

Congrats on your setup, i am also looking to move on to building a 200L nanobrewery and was wondering if you could tell me what the total brewing time from filling the 200L with water to being ready to transfer the wort to the fermenter is?

Here's a couple of questions. What is your range of beers. What yeast do you use strain/liquid or dry. How do you market it and at what price. We don't live too far from you do you welcome visitors.
