200L nano brewery

Because the 200 L and 500 L units are a different league, we'll grant them their own sub-forum.

200L nano brewery

Unread post by Southern Highlands Brew »

Hi All,
Pleased to say that we are very close to launching our nano brewery in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Australia.
All the boxes are ticked, just waiting on liquor and gaming licence. Its a standard consultation period.
Our Brewhouse is the 200L Speidel Braumeister
2 * 330L Speidel jacketed fermenters
2 * 500L Spark brew Uni Tanks.

We have some local outlets lined up to give us a tap. We are in a very tourist driven area and local product is what many people visit for. We believe this is happening at the right time.
We have a hop farm just around the corner and some barley in the paddocks to have malted into our spec malts.

Anyway - the pics.

Fantastic - Good luck with the start up. Hopefully all the hard work and red tape is outta the way and the fun can begin.

Thought I'd show off the upgrades.
200L turned out to be too small for demand. Wasnt expecting this much interest so quickly.
We have bought a 500L brau and 2 more 500L unitanks.
