[FOR SALE] 20L Braumeister 10MM neoprene jacket (Sydney)

Unread postby majk » Sun Oct 07, 2018 12:18 pm

Hello,

I got a 10mm neoprene sheet and cut out of it jacket for the 20L Braumeister. I have some spare material, maybe someone will find it useful...

Just tested it today (Sydney, rainy Sunday, 16) and worked the treat. Great rolling boil. PM me for more info

It looks great. I bet the boil time is much shorter and you save a fair bit of power. I am a cheapskate and use a yogo mat cut to fit.

Does anybody have issues with home made insulating jackets sticking to the Brau?
I have one made from Aeroflex which works brilliantly but leaves patches of the material on the Brau which I then have to clean off.

Yes. I have a lid cover, have almost melts.

Well worth testing them in steam jet from the kettle before you start.
