Welcome to the forum Derek, you don't say where you are from. I think a used 20L is about as rare as rocking horse poop.

They are popular but rocking horse poop still applies.

I have a debilitating back injury which doesn't allow me to lift much, so for me the 10L is exactly the right size, and I love making small brews more often to vary my beer stock.

That`s something to come out of your back problems having to brew more often ( what a shame ) hehe , I have a bulldog brewer which does a pretty good job but the bm I think is defo the way to go . I figure on best part of 4 pounds a pint down here in Portsmouth so when I brew a batch I put 150 pounds in a jar . Not long before I have enough to buy a 20ltr. It is true you get what you pay for and all I have read about the machines are they are solid. I'm pretty impatient so may not be long before I get one .

It would be interesting to read your review of BM versus a Bulldog.

Go on. Go on.
