This is a great resource if you want to look at recipes and mash profiles together.

This site has many different recipes. Each with a mash profile listed.

I'm certainly going to be doing some reading and see what I can learn regarding beer style V's grist composition V's mash schedule.

I had been following his blog for a while. A great resource indeed.
He has sold his BM and all his brewing gear this month... Too bad.

Auch... Quitting the hobby?

I came across the blog before. Maybe we'll have to create some kind of mirror to keep this info alive if the blog would be pulled offline.
