Well done Niels, exciting times ahead, this is such a friendly community that the 3 brave mods won't have much to do :D

Hey Niels, that is super news for you. What an amazing job you have done starting, and more importantly, maintaining this great forum. Comforting that we are now in such competent hands ie Dicko, Dinnerstick and Nesto. To modify a story told by one of my machinery suppliers ......"I imagine one day arriving at the Pearly Gates and Peter asks 'so what did you do with your life? ' and I tell him I owned a home brew supply store and brewed craft beer, and Peter said 'WONDERFUL!' "

Very best of luck with your venture; you will surely make a success of it

Oh, and Dinnerstick, I am on holiday in Cape Town, the craft beer centre of South Africa. It is lunch time so I will obey your instruction and head out with all speed to find the finest craft beer!

I take it you mean as punishment for disobeying the forum rules, like it must be a over-hopped, 90 IBU, 9%, Belgian, Barley Wine infused with extremely sour Brett, carbonated to 6 vols, served so cold it will freeze your teeth, blow your mind, burn your throat, get you extremely drunk and make you heave - followed the next day with extreme hangover after effects.

Oh hang on that sounds like some of the American craft beers that have recently been invented :D

Good luck, Niels. I'm sure it will be very successful given the massive interest in brewing at home these days. Smart move, actually
And thanks again for setting up the forum
