Step 2.

Any discussion about non-specific Braumeister brewing techniques can be discussed here. E.g. "How to make a starter?", "What's the best way to store my grains?", "Which pH meter do you recommend?", ...

Step 2.

Well, now I not only have my BM 20.. but, today, my electrician installed a 220v service to my brew house. YESSSSSS!!! It will still be a week or two before I can brew. Christmas season is jam packed around here. I'm also moving to another house in another town. Yes, the 220v line was put in the new house ;) Can't wait to try it. I may break down and do a cleaning run on it sometime this week just to make sure the 220v line is working properly.

Hey Nesto, Want to help me with the first batch ? :D :D :D

Finally! . Let me know when brew day is. I'm tied up the first two weekends in Jan (one brew day in there for myself!) But if I'm free, would love to join you.

Thinking the first will be somewhere in about 3 weeks from now... I have to get moved into my new house.. A LOT of work to do.. considering the holiday season.
