Yes, condition your wheat malt also, it has an effect, I've brewed with 70% wheat before and not had problems, however I have also brewed without any wheat and had problems, most of it comes down to the crush on the day (in my case).

It's difficult to be consistent with the corona mill, I have only just moved to a roller mill to see if I can get a more consistent crush.
To brew or not to brew, that would be a stupid question !
