I brewed a Belgian blonde beer yesterday-thought i would try a different yeast so bought a White Labs pure pitch wlp530 liquid one,never used one before- i usually use dry Safbrew ones and mix it and fermentation always starts within 2-4 hours,however this one has no activity after nearly 24 hours-how long can it take? is it up to 72 hours ,it is approx 18 dec C where i keep the fermenter. :beer: :beerbang:
