Regretably I am going to have to drop out, as sis-in-law's birthday bash is direct clash.

Hope you guys all have fun. Canterbury is a great place for beer at the moment!!

I'm back at work after a wonderful weekend in Canterbury and around. The gathering/competition was a lot of fun. The overall quality of beer was at an impressive standard, and, of course, a good bunch of people. Prizes were awarded for places 1, 2 and 3 as well as a team prize (there were 2 teams - Team England and Team Belgium). While Team England took the team prize as well as 2nd and 3rd in the individual, 1st place went a Belgian. Um, me. :D

Thanks! "Just" an IPA, using mostly Simcoe and Nelson Souvin. I'll post the recipe if I can remember.
