My dream job of driving trucks in Australia turned into a nightmare when I broke down in the outback hundreds of miles from civilisation.

After three days the water ran out and started drinking my own urine. After another three days I could no longer recycle my piss and realised I was out of options and had to accept the inevitable.

So I opened some of the Fosters I was delivering.

Never had a Fosters, but I assume it relates to an Australian like a Heineken relates to a Belgian.

I doubt you would find a "truck load" of Fosters in Australia - if so, then it wouldn't matter if it broke down in the desert.
I Imagine it's more popular as an export than in domestic sales. Very rarely see a bottle/tinnie anywhere and never seen it on tap - thankfully
Nice joke though stokie  Gave me a laugh

You're right Dan Fosters is brewed here in the UK and marketed as Austrailian. I'm afraid it doesn't say much for us Brits if we drink this rubbish

Interesting that this article hails VB and XXXX as the highest selling in Oz - also says a lot about Aussie taste buds
I just hope all the people buying them aren't actually drinking them - might be suitable for cows/sheep during these dry times?

When you drink brazilian commercial beer(Brahma, Skol, Itaipava and etc) then we can talk.

Heineken becomes a top beer when you compare with those haha
