Wow, that is a really good one. I need to print out the whole thing and read it before every brew.
Thanks for posting it.

My brew day today was one that I should have stopped and walked away from and tried again tomorrow
1) At the end of the mash left the malt pipe draining over the BM while heating to boil temperature - got side tracked and yes you guessed it boil over
2) I use an immersion chiller and ice water pump to get down to pitching temps- inadvertently turned the ice water pump on when not connected to the immersion chiller - water all over the floor
3) I use a hop rocket and recirculate the cooled wort to clear before pumping to the Williamswarn - Turned around and hose came out of the WW - Fresh stickey wort now on the floor
4) After rinsing sludge out of the BM and pump I half filled the BM and added some sodium percarbonate to soak the screens and recirculate through the hop rocket and associated pump - Noticed water running onto the floor - Hadn't tightened up the pump on the BM fully

Eventually got 24 litres into the WW hopefully it will turn out to not be a "Ruenassion Ale"!!!!!

Talk about a bad day

"Ruenassion Ale" should have been "Ruination Ale"

And I even got my user name spelt incorrectly "Wobbloy" instead of "Wobbly"

Time to relax "RAHAHB"

Cheers
