Any Germans Here on BM?

Unread postby HopSong » Wed Oct 22, 2014 5:19 pm

Or anyone familiar with the language? I know oh so little.. but, there is a word, probably slang, that is used to say ''goodbye' or maybe even as a general greeting (?). It sounds something like "choos" . The two "o"s sound like ooh.. as in "uber" or I'm just guessing :)

If you recognize that.. how is it correctly spelled?

Vielen Dank, Bill

Tschuss - but with two dots on the u and the german double S that looks kinda like B. Those letters aren't supported on my swedish keyboard...

Es ist zwar ein sehr gutes Bier, die Goslarische Gose; doch wenn man meint, sie sey im Bauch, so liegt sie in der Hose.
