I also collect blow torches

I also collect blow torches

Unread postby Batz » Thu Aug 14, 2014 8:35 am

As well as being a home brewer, I also collect blow torches (blow lamps in the UK). I have around... well way too many, but I'm looking for more models I don't own.
Now there's a lot of brewers here for all around the globe, can you guys be on the look out for blow torches for me? As you can see I display them in my bar room.
My wife thinks I'm batty, she's right!

Jeez Batz, that is impressive. I would have been introduced to the divorce lawyers long ago for trying that stunt :)
There cannot be more than 3 people in the Southern Hemisphere who collect these. Did you spend some time in the plumbing business? I will keep an eye out and if something very unusual pops up will let you know.

You would be supprized how many collectors there are, there are large clubs in the US, UK, France and Holland, quite a few collectors here in Australia as well. No I'm not a plumber but I am in the mechanical field.
I have many more not shown in those photos.

Any particular model you're hunting for? We've got many flee markets in the neighbourhood.
