Very useful study material there Beerkench.
In Aus you need to live in a capital city to have access to any variety of beers such as your pic.
I live in a regional centre in South Australia and my town offers very little in the way of imported beer. :(
The worst thing that can happen if I die is that my wife will sell all my brewing equipment for what I told her I paid for it

All the more reson to brew your own then ;-)

I'm a pom living in Sweden mate. The government are like big brother here and have a monopoly on the sale of alcohol. If you want to buy a beer over 3.5% ABV for home consumption you have to go to one of their own liqour stores. Every town borough has only 2-3 of these, and its expensive too.
On the plus side they do offer a huge selection of beers from all over the world.

In my neck of the woods, commercial beer is ridiculously overpriced as well.

More reasons to brew our own! :-)
