I do! I get really psyched a few days before the brewday, when I consider the recipe and order the ingredients (and that happens every two weeks!) :beerbang:

I think I'm dreaming and thinking about beer 24/7, weeks before any brewday I'm thinking of recipes and ingredients and reading books and the internet for info, in the week of brewday I start prepping with yeast, water, grains etc, then I'm fussing around the fermentation and then how to package it and where I can fit it all into my work/life schedule, then don't forget the drinking and thinking about the final product, is it clear, is it mature, do I like it, how can I improve. Or down the pub comparing commercial beers, I used to have friends and a wife now I am just a beer bore and have a beer widow (she still very happily drinks my beer though)!

Most of all I dream or maybe I should say fantasise about brewing beer for a living and giving up my boring day job, it'll never happen, but I keep dreaming......

:D
To brew or not to brew, that would be a stupid question !

The most pleasant dream is one of beer, be it making it serving it or drinking it. I would consider giving brewing away if those thoughts in my sleep ever turned into a nightmare.  :drink:
The worst thing that can happen if I die is that my wife will sell all my brewing equipment for what I told her I paid for it

When is it beer o'clock?
I was daydreaming after breakfast about tuning my new tap installation which had foamed excessively the night before. So I went to do a test pull(to pour down the sink, of course!) Then I thought why not take a sip to see how the taste had settled down. It was great so I finished it. I have never been one to drink in the morning, except at the height of the mating season.
Question: am I in big trouble or what?
