Present your BM brau!

Unread post by cpa4ny »

Can't have a pub without the beer, right?

Let me kick this off with presenting one of my pints - a single-hop IPA brewed with experimental hops HBC 342:

I ran out of Biofine right before that brew, so it's got a bit of a chill haze.

Cheers!

It is still an "experimental" hop - got it from the States:

I think tropical / citrusy is a nice way to describe it.

A Dunkel

The choc malt I received was not the light I ordered, so this one is a little darker than usual. But hey I'm not afraid of the dark, that's for lager boys.

That's one hell of a view! (And I'm not only talking about the beer in the picture...)

Enjoy!

My farm house Saison, it maybe not up to expectations of our Belgium brewers here but I'm sure enjoying it.......perhaps a little too much.

And it is served in a glass with a farm animal on it. I suppose you drink it while driving a tractor? ;)

Looks nice!

Would you mind sharing some details about the recipe (grain bill, yeast, ...)?

I really need to start working on a saison to get it ready by the summer!
