Niels

Will post pictures of my brew room on the weekend during my next (2nd brew - planning a hefe weizen). Quickly knocked together a stand with rollers tonight for the BM.

First brew went well - started mash after 7pm and finished early in the morning - got to bed only at 1:45 am!

Thanks to Nesto - I had summarized his "type A check list" and this helped an incident free first brew. Hand only one small problem - not too sure what time I had programmed for the mash out. Thought I had set it for 10m but when it reached that step was set for 35min. Interrupted after 10 or so minutes and then had to reprogram (1 minute steps) as I could not get the program to go to the next step. The SG ended near spot on at 1.055 as per the BM kit instruction. Fermentation now well underway. Still need to make some mods to the fermentation fridge ( need to cut the door as the 60l BM vessel is a bit to big plus wire the STC1000).

Still tired from the long night :D
