50BM empty weight

50BM empty weight

For info, the 50L BM weighs just under 14Kg when empty, no lid, no malt pipe, making it not too heavy for moving around and cleaning.

I move mine around for cleaning etc without any trouble. I guess it depends on your age or physical condition, and I'm 58. If I were not to lift anything over 14kg there would be little work done around my place, and I would be out of a job as well.

Sounds like you better settle for a 20lt jobbie.
