I have a couple of questions if you don't mind:1) do you sparge by just jugging a litre at a time over the raised malt pipe? 2) Is this profile suitable for a no sparge ie full volume of water in the BM?

Tip: In beersmith, use the BIAB profile for mashing if you aren't doing step mashing and just want to mash-in & mash-out. This profile has no sparge step. BM is similar to doing a full volume BIAB, just with better efficiency.
