1 brew a week

Unread postby Jackson » Sun Feb 08, 2015 10:55 am

Hi all,

I've set myself the target of a weekly brew this year (so far so good) and thought some of you may want to look at the brew day blog I set up to track my progress. Hope you enjoy it.

Wow, that's an impressive challenge but I must ask the obvious.

What are you going to do with it all? You must have a lot of friends. Have you got facilities to temperature control all those fermenters, especially in the hot weather?

Hello

I'm still awaiting to join the BM club(ordered it) but I need to ask. The guys with 5-6 corny kegs full of home goodness, do you have lots of friends, go to the gym a lot or just have a massive beer belly?

Run and mountain bike a lot so technically the former. Before current diet fads called it "carbo loading" :D :D

I'm pretty happy to give most of it away really, I get a kick out of people enjoying what I make, I don't think my waistline could take all that beer either.

I actually decided today to start going no (or very little) today to reduce my batch sizes down from 20 litres to 15.

I have one ferm chamber there's just something in it all the time. It only gets hot in England for about 4 weeks of the year and very really is that 28 days in a row.
