Brut IPA with Ultraferm

This time I brewed a Brut IPA. Two handicaps: I never drank a proper version, and my enzym didn't work. Video is in german, with english subtitles. But have a look:


I brewed in a BM20L with the 'Yield increase disk' from Bac Brewing.

Zutaten:
7,50 kg Pale Ale (BestMalz) (5,0 EBC)
10,00 ml Ultra-Ferm (Mash 120,0 mins)
0,50 tsp Yeast Nutrient (Boil 10,0 mins)
100,00 g Amarillo [9,20 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 30,0 min, 80°C
100,00 g Motueka [7,00 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 30,0 min, 80°C
1,0 pkg California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) [35,49 ml]
0,50 tsp Yeast Nutrient (Primary 3,0 days)
100,00 g Amarillo [9,20 %] - Dry Hop 3,0 Days
100,00 g Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus (CTZ) [15,50 %] - Dry Hop
