Dark APA using Azacca hop for the first time

Friends who spent some time in Michigan brought back some hops and yeast for me to try and create an APA. These were a gift for looking after their crazy English Spaniel for 2 weeks

The hops were all in pellet form, so I had to use hop bags which I'm not a fan of.

I'm not sure I will get the real "floral" aroma and hoppy taste I'm looking for. We shall see

20 gms Centennial 60 min
15 gms Citra 60 min
10 gms Crystal 30min
10 gms Citra at end of boil

Dry hop 15 gms Azacca on day 3......This I believe to be a new hop that is now available in both leaf and pellet form in the UK

3.90 kg Pale malt
0.2 kg Chocolate malt
0.3 kg Caramel/Crystal malt 60L
0.1 kg Carafe 1

White labs California Ale WLP001

OG 1052
FG 1012

5.24% ABV I believe

Bottled 48 330ml this morning 2.3% carbonation

Will leave for 2 weeks before sampling.
