Brewing a Pilsener today. 12.5 Plato 96% pilsener malt and 4% acidulated malt. Hops will be Marynka an Sibilla. Will use Gozdawa W35 yeast
Es ist zwar ein sehr gutes Bier, die Goslarische Gose; doch wenn man meint, sie sey im Bauch, so liegt sie in der Hose.

20l kölch is in the frementer now, first brew of 2016. Recipe was 4.4 kg pilsnermalt, 0.4 kg of wheat, hops was hallentauer mittelfrüh (43g@60, 20g@15), 90 min boil, OG 1.053, slightly over recipe (1.046-1.049), 1.2 l yeaststarter WLP029, fermenting @ 16 c

Ramping up the temperature on my 2nd Helles, 4th 50L batch here. Found the reptile heater wasn't keeping up with the sudden arrival of winter weather, added a pipe heating tape to the fermbox.
