Ciao from sardinia, italy

Unread postby bbbirra » Fri Feb 27, 2015 7:47 am

Hi

I run a farm microbrewery on the west coast of sardinia, italy using a 50ltr BM. It has taken nearly two years to overcome the bureaucratic problems but now i have a fully licenced brewery producing 4 types of beer. I am now on my 57th brew and am reallly happy with how the kit performs.

I will post some pics of my set up on this forum.

Regards

Welcome! Do you make a living out of it or is it a side job?

Can you tell a bit about the beers?

My brewing activities ar part of a farm situated on the west coast of sardinia, italy.
I have a range of four beers - a lager, stout, wit bier and a fruity ale.
