Hello from (the other) Vancouver

Unread postby Broham1 » Thu Jan 29, 2015 12:23 am

Long-time lurker from Vancouver, Washington. I bought a used 20L BM in August, and I absolutely love it! Since then, I have brewed 12 batches with it (2 of them dumpers, user error) and am starting to dial in my process.

i've been brewing since January 2011. I made the switch to all grain after six months, and to electric two years later. A year ago, a serious medical condition has made it impossible for me to brew solo. One of the only reasons I can still brew, at all, is because the Braumeister is so simple to operate. I love it!

Thanks, Nesto!

Here's what I've done with my BM since August:

On tap: Pliny the Elder clone
Carbing: Winter Wheat
Going into a Pinot barrel: Saison
Fermenting: Vanilla Bourbon Stout
In bottles: Breakfast Stout, Belgian Golden Strong, Imperial Pumpkin Ale, CDA
Long gone: Deschutes Red Chair clone
