Hi from Switzerland

Hi Braumeisters,

Hello from Switzerland.

I have only been extract brewing for a few months, mainly dry hopped IPA's using liquid malt extracts, e.g. from Muntons. Although my few batches turned out ok, I am looking for more, so I have ordered and just received my 20l Braumeister these days :D.

Going to brew my first batch hopefully coming Saturday, it will be a classic German style Hefeweizen.

Looking forward to sharing our common hobby in this forum.

Cheers, Rob

Ha, ha, well why not, although I am more of a Gruyère guy.... and how do I ferment an already fermented raw material? Sounds like a second mashing with the same wort...Will this end in a higher ABV value?
