Hello,

I started brewing with extract in the mid 1980's with mixed success and then gave it up until a couple of years ago when I dived straight back into AG. I love it and, If the internet and forums like this were around in the 1980's I probably never would have stopped in the first place.

Anyway, having built up a very nice 3 vessel system I've decided to sell it all and buy a Braumeister (20l). I love the way the system is so compact and time saving and, as there is only me drinking it, I am looking forward to the variety of brewing smaller amounts but more often.

I'm just about to get my machine ordered so will be watching and visiting this forum regularly from now on.

Cheers!

Welcome from Stoke
A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

Thanks Guys, I couldn't wait and ordered my BM 20 today., complete with chiller and hop filter. The sleeve and funnel lid will have to wait until next payday.

Can't wait to play!

Wezzel

Welcome !

you will love the BM - sleeve and funnel lid are worth it in my opinion, I brew in an outside building so for temp control they have made a difference - not cheap though!

Thanks Guys,

I've got some camping mats that I can use for now. I brew in the garage and it's reasonably well insulated so I should be okay.

Just hoping it arrives soon so I can get cracking.

Hey. I've just joined also. Been wanting a BM for a long time. Finally pulled the trigger from BrewUK.

Out of stock for a week or 2 as they get more new models. Can't wait. Going to start with a smash brew

Probably MO and centennial!

Welcome Wezzel (and red ice), hope you'll have a lot of fun & good beer from your BMs.

I'm relatively new here too, have just done my second brew last week (Belgian Dubbel).
