Hi folks,

New here, but I've been home-brewing for nearly 3 years now, started out on kits from Christmas 2012 and after about 15 of them I moved to all grain and modified myself a mash tun from an 45 litre igloo coolbox and a hlt/boiler from a buffalo 40 litre water boiler and then last christmas nabbed a 30l burco for the hlt to give myself 3 vessels.

Now after 26 all grain brews I have just decided to buy a second hand (and almost new) 20l BM with hop filter and wort chiller. I also like the idea of making smaller brews but more of them so I can experiment a little bit more.

I particularly like making belgian beers, especially dubbels and tripels, with my tripel karmeliet clone being my favourite. I am also partial to making a few delicious rauchbiers.

We are in the process of moving house so I won't re-start brewing for a few weeks yet but hope to pick up some tips and advice as I learn to use this lovely bit of kit :-)

Welcome! You're one of the few that managed to buy a second hand BM. Once you own one there is not much that could make you sell it again! ;)

To brew or not to brew, that would be a stupid question !
