Cheers from Holland

Hello everyone!
My name is Hans and I have been brewing for a number of years now using a traditional homebrewers setup.
Why a BM for me? Well, IMHO brewing a good beer is not too difficult, but brewing the same good tasting beer a second time is a different story all together.
So, I have set out to achieve more consistency: hot side first, cold side next. After having done much research I finally bought a BM20 last week.
Can't wait to give it a first try this weekend and throw out the old pots and pans!

Cheers
Es ist zwar ein sehr gutes Bier, die Goslarische Gose; doch wenn man meint, sie sey im Bauch, so liegt sie in der Hose.

Hi Hans! Welcome to our community!

I do like the BM because I can focus on the recipe building and the fermentation side of things and not need to worry too much about the brewing itself. Consistency is a good thing if you want to perfect a recipe.
