Hi from SoCal!

Been brewing all grain on 3 kegs gravitation and switched to pans and 2 pumps. Now own a 50 L Braumeister and plan to add a hoist, short stack and jacket. Got all the equiptment stored in a small shed but brew outside. Any input on recipes? Was planning to do some stout and possibly lager. The stout is a higher ABV and from what I gather I will need to boil down wort or add DME. What do most do? I still want to hang onto my older system or atleast one of them, especially if doing higher grain bill beers. Got lot of questions and am pretty excited about trying my new equiptment.

You could try a double mash to get a higher gravity wort.
