Hola from Spain

Unread postby perchis » Thu May 29, 2014 5:43 pm

Hola,

My name is Esteban, I've got a 50 l Braumeister with short malt pipe.

This is my first year brewing all grain. After two kits, I decide that this is an amazing hobby, so my first idea was to build a three vessels system but with my lack of space/time/skills, finally I bought a second hand Braumeister.

A second hand but a new Braumeister. I bought it to a Spanish small brewery, they bought the machine as a pilot system but never used it. So, I was able to get a Braumeister with a fantastic price. Since that, I've got nine batches under my belt, a lot of things to read and to learn. I feel that this will be my main hobby during next years.

This forum is a great idea, in Spain we've got a great community but nothing focused in this fantastic machine.

Cheers
perchis

Welcome to the forum perchis, plenty of good info on here and a lot of fun as well.
The worst thing that can happen if I die is that my wife will sell all my brewing equipment for what I told her I paid for it

After 20 Hoegaardens I start to speak underwater Swahili, especially when trying to remember Monty Python.
