Thanks everyone for the posts. Today, I've made an Imperial Berliner Weisse. 24 plato, 80 liters batch, 40kg grain, 50% wheat, triple mash. Stired the grain 3 times per mash with a new approach (see picture). No problems at all. I think that the problem was that the malt pipe was sited above the win...

I'm using the LODO kit from speidel. But it also happened with the standard one.

Yes. The mash went as usual until it reached 78C.

It just happened to me the same yesterday at the end of the mash (at 78 Celcius). Did not stired the grain during the mash. Why did only happened at 78C?

The big isobaric fermentor in the left is your primary and the others are the conditioning tanks from where you'll pull the beer to the taps?
